You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 15 days before the check-in date.
If cancellation is made within 14 days or less before check-in, a partial refund or cancellation fee may apply, depending on the hotel’s policy.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Exceptions & Non-Refundable Bookings
Some hotel reservations marked as “Non-Refundable” do not qualify for refunds.
Special discounts, last-minute deals, or promotional bookings may have different refund terms.
In case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
